All stated deadlines are calculated in business days. MJI mimi commits to processing any order within 7 to 15 days from the day following the order confirmation, depending on the number of orders. The indicated timeframes are average deadlines and correspond to the processing, preparation, and shipping of the order. In case of high demand, your delivery may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Once the package is picked up by another carrier outside of France, MJI mimi is not responsible for any additional delays.

If a package is returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not collected from the post office, the customer is liable to cover return postage.

An email will be sent to you as soon as the return package is received, If I do not receive a response from you within 2 weeks, to cover the return costs,

you will automatically be refunded the price of the product.

Exchanges

An exchange is only possible in the case of defects during transport or manufacturing.

The exchange will be processed as quickly as possible once MJI mimi receives the returned defective item(s). As a result, a new product will be sent.

The cost of returning the item(s) to be exchanged will be borne by MJI mimi.

MJI mimi will cover the cost of re-delivery.
